TEODOOR DOORS
TEODOOR company offers two different solutions for door hinges: hidden hinge models and pivot hinde models. Door leaf thickness is 10 cm. Doors can be manufactured in two ways: with regular casing and buıld-in casing. This way doors provide high heat and sound insulation. Casing and frame are completely made of 6060 T6 series aluminum.
Pivot hinges
2mm thickness aluminum is used for the door leaves and side profiles. İndentation values are 85 Brinell/8-10 Rockwell C hardness. It is aimed to use the door system comfortably and easily with hinges from the bottom and the top by using forehead bearings at the top and bottom of the door. It is preferred for wide and high doors. 7 insulation gaskets are used on the side of the wings and frame systems. These gaskets are resistant to environmental influences. TEODOOR smart lock and mechanical key options are available. Optionally, a lighting strip can be used on top and bottom side of the door.
Hidden hinges
Hidden hinge method in the leaf and frame system, the side profile and the frame are completely buried into the wall and screwed with M8 screws. When the door is closed, no hinge is visible from the outside. The hidden hinge solution provides great view on the door and there is no overlay on the sash. When the sash and the frame are closed, it provides a flat surface. Each piece of hinges has been tested with 400 kg. A total of 3 hinges are used. This way doors can carry up to 1200 kg of door leaf weight.
The automatic closing spring mechanism can be integrated into the TEODOOR hidden hinge as an option. With the automatic closing, door closes by itself as if it is being pushed by hydrolic power.
Hinge is made of iron. It needs to be lubricated with grease once every 6 months. Since the gap width between the door leaf and the frame is just 2mm, it also provides better insulation. It does not sag or elongate. Since the hinge mechanism is hidden, it prevents accidents such as hand stucking. TEODOOR hinges are specially designed for the TEODOOR door system and have been inclusively patened under Teodoor brand together with the door closer machanism.
The number of hinges used for the door is determined by our specialists. Usually 2, 3 or 4 pieces of hinges are used, according to the carrying capacity and length of the door. This hinge enables the use of automatic spring mechanical insulation mechanism to increase the insulation at the bottom and top of the door. With this method, it provides high heat and sound insulation.
By means of these hinges, it is possible to complement the door with the mechanical spring isolation mechanism to enhance door insulation at the top and the bottom of the door.
LOCK AND KEY Mechanical lock or TEODOOR smart lock system can be used in our products upon request.
Mechanical lock system: Consists of mechanisms that allow the door to be opened and locked. The keys are produced with a mechanical combination and the protrusions on the key are compatible with the balls in the lock.
TEODOOR smart lock system: access is provided with a mobile phone remote control, fingerprint, card and password. You can take a photo of the person who comes to you while the bell is pressed. Fingerprint and face identification processes are easily performed with the video sent to you. There is no limit on the number of people in the fingerprint identification process. With the application installed on the mobile phone the door can be opened and the incoming person can be viewed from the phone. The TEODOOR smart lock system is connected to the WİFİ system in the house. It can also be opened with a mechanical lock in cases such as the electricity and internet shut down. The lock system has its own battery. If the battery is not integrated into the electrical system, it must be charged. Charge cable is available in the set box. Note: External line electricity connection (from apartment to the building) is not done by TEODOOR.
SURFACE COATİNG
Door surfaces are completely suitable for almost all types of coatings such as glass coating, wood coating, composite coating, insulating glass coating, compact coating, natural stone coating, 2 mm thick aluminum coating and artificial leather coating.Our TEODOOR door models provide high security and full insulation at -40° and doors are resistant to 120km/h wind pressure.
İNTERNAL FİLLİNG Depending on the country in which the TEODOOR door is used, the inner filling may vary depending on the country climate. In cold climates, 350 density rock wool, glass fiber, polyester fiber and wood are used as the internal filling. In hot climate, a heat insulation resistant to heat up to 1200°C is used. This material prevents hot air transfer from the surface of the door into the house at temperatures of +40° to +50°C. The filling method is determined by TEODOOR specialists in accordance with to the climate of the country where TEODOOR doors are to be installed.
BULLET PROOF OPTİON
Optionally, when requested, the THEODOOR doors can be manufactured with bullet proof surface.
Bullet proof feature provided by bulletproof glass. Internal filling sheets determined by TEODOOR specialists. Customers should inform about bullet proof option ın advance of manufacture phase. And if such a feature is required, specialists are to be informed regarding type of proofing to be used: whether it its to be against pistol bullets or machine gun bullets.
USE AND WARRANTY
It provides information about the content of the warranty coverage for errors arising from the operation, maintenance and use of the doors.
From the point of view of production processes, it can be clearly distinguished from manufacturers in Turkey. Door leaf made of high-quality aluminum. Special aluminium casing is used to hide the screw points as well as a practical design solution, this also increases durability and corrosion resistance. Door abrasion is minimized thanks to the special pivot hinge that provides the connection of the door leaf to the case, thereby achieving high-quality and aesthetic appearance.
TERMS OF USE AND INSTRUCTIONS
1. After our installation team has installed the door, please check the door and accept delivery.
Signing the hand-over statement indicates that the door has been delivered to the customer safe and sound.
2. During installation, paint, mortar, etc. can be applied to the casing and the door itself. İt is necessary to clean the door components before any solutions dry out and harden.
3. The door should always be properly closed when leaving home/building.
4. Do not apply materials such as grease, machine oil to the hinges.
MAİNTENANCE AND CLEANİNG
1. Do not clean the door with hard materials (wire,plastic brush,mechanical dust).) and do not clean it with bleaching products.
2. Clean the metal accessories with a clean and slightly damp cloth.
3. İf wet, gently dry the wooden surfaces with a slightly damp cloth.
4. Wipe the handle, door, door number plate with a damp cloth.
5. The THEODOOR smart lock system can be drier with a slightly damp cloth.
